After the long trip fromTexas to North Carolina, we took a little break from travel and celebrated Zoey's 1st birthday in NC, with Mommy's family. Here is the happy family...Mommy, Daddy and Zoey!

The day after Mommy and Zoey got home, we made a trip to Hillsborough to go see Aunt Sissy and Aunt Keewa. They were so excited to see Miss Zoey, all Sissy wanted to do was hold her, it was really sweet. The Edwards 5 + Zoey made the trip! It had been a long time since we had all been in the same car for a road trip. Fun day!

When we landed at the airport in Greensboro Nana was there to pick us up. After Mommy FINALLY figured out how to get my car seat in Nana's car, we went back to Nana's house. Then we went to visit Mama and Papa for a little while. Aunt Krissy came with us and after our visit we stopped for a quick swing in Mama and Papa's back yard. So fun!

I'm Leaving on A Jet Plane...Don't Know When I'll be Back Again

We were setting off on our first big adventure as a family of three. Daddy and PopPop are driving the Yukon from Texas to meet Mommy and me in NC. Mommy and I are flying all by ourselves. At this point I was still really looking forward to the flight, but it was a long trip in Mommy's lap!
