Hershey Park 11-28-13

So, it has become a tradition that when we go to PA for thanksgiving, we go to Hershey park after the fact.  This year was more fun that usual as Zoey now LOVES rides, especially anything that spins you in a circle until you want to puke!  Luckily Emma and Sera were good sports and gave Mommy some breaks from the rides.  I also had to sneak in a photo of mommy with her cute little Hokie :-)

 

 

 

In addition to riding rides, we also went into Chocolate World where Zoey, Emma, Jenni and I all made our very own chocolate bars.  Yummy!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Thanksgiving 2013 in PA 11-28-13

So for Thanksgiving this year we made the trip to PA.  It's always a blast when all the cousins get together and this year we had an extra little man to join in on the fun!  Karter's first trip to PA and he was a trooper. 

Here are some photos of the festivities.  We visited the first night at Nannie and Pop-Pops and then we spent Thanksgiving day at Jeff and Jenni's.  Karter LOVED their little rocking chair.  I think it has seen several generations of Johns children!

 

 

 

Time in NC 11-16-13

While daddy was away running a race, Mommy, Zoey and Karter made a trip to NC to visit family.  While we were there we had lots of fun.  Nana watched Karter for a day so Zoey and Mommy could have a girls day.  We went to visit Mama Peggy and then we went out to lunch at the Village tavern, it was a great day!  While we were there, Zoey also got in some time on the John Deere tractor with Papa Mike.  She had a ball.  She is becoming our little cowgirl.
