Mommy and Daddy do lots of sit-ups and push ups in the house in the evenings and there is always plenty of resistance training!  Here Coach Karter is giving daddy some form tips and showing him which direction to go..."Down Daddy'".

March Park Day 3-1-14

Just a typical Saturday in WV, trying to get my munchkins out and get them some exercise before they destroy the house!  So here we are doing some laps at Joplin Park.

Swim Lessons at UC 2-28-14

Here are some photos from our Friday night swim lessons. This is Karter's first time in lessons, so he is in the Daddy and me class and Zoey is in class with Miss Katie!

Trip to Blacksburg, VA 2-22-14

Mommy had gotten Daddy tickets to the VT vs NCSU basketball game in Blacksburg for Christmas.  So we got a hotel room and went up for a few nights.  While we were there we visited with Daddy's good buddy George and we also spent some time with 10-10 and Uncle Shane.  They drove up to spend the day with us on Saturday.  Zoey didn't love the loudness of the game, so they only made it until about half time, but that's OK, it was a blow out by the Wolfpack anyway :)  So we went to the duck pond to take advantage of the beautiful February weather!

 

Disney on Ice 2-15-14

We did Disney on Ice with Zoey's buddies Lauryn and Sadie.

 

Karter's First Snow Day 2-14-14

This was a very white winter in WV.  For valentine's day we had 7-9 inches and so we had an awesome play day.  We didn't' have perfect snow clothes for Karter, but he was a trooper none the less. Making snow balls and letting mommy pull him down the hill on a black trash bag!

 

 

 

 

 

LA 1/2 Marathon 1-19-14

Mommy and Daddy headed down to LA for a few days to run in the LA 1/2 Marathon with Miss Christi.  The first day we did a nice training run at the lakes and then the next day it was the real deal.  We had a great visit!

 

Quick Trip to NC 1-11-14

We went to NC for the weekend and went to the Children's Museum.  Here is Karter with his Food Lion apron on, playing in their kid sized store there.

I couldn't miss the opportunity to get a photo of Papa Mike changing a diaper.  He did a great job once he put it on the right way :-)  Mommy could have helped, but laughing and taking photos was more fun!

Random January Fun

So, another month and another trip to the doctor's office with my two munchkins.  Dr. Jones thought they were so cute, she wanted to take a photo for us of Zoey playing doctor to Karter.

 

A few days later we headed out for some cold day fun at the Clay Center.
