Hanging in the front Yard

On days when Mommy would pick me up from daycare, if it was nice outside and there weren't too many mosquitoes, we liked to play outside and wait for daddy to come home. Today I was dressed in my pretty tennis dress, so Mommy and I had fun taking some photos while we were waiting.

A Sunny Day at the Park in Houston

Nannie and Poppop are in town for the week, so we took an afternoon trip up to Houston. We found Barnabys Cafe for lunch and then were headed to the Zoo. When we got to Herman park it was obvious the Zoo was very busy, so we decided just to spend a few hours walking around the Houston Rose Gardens and Herman Park. Here are some photos from our day!

Daddy's Birthday Gift..

For Daddy's 35th Birthday, Mommy and Zoey got him a hiking pack with a place in it for Miss Zoey. Here we are trying it out for the first time. Zoey loved it!!

Is that Hair I See??

Our little girl is finally getting a little bit of visible hair. She had the cute little spikes going on in the tub, so Mommy had to snap a few photos. Plus, she was just really happy!!

An Easter Visit from Grammy & Aunt Krissy

Grammy and Aunt Krissy came to Clute to visit for Zoey's first Easter! Here is a picture of Zoey and her Auntie...so sweet!

Zoey also got some good cuddles in with her Daddy that weekend!

The Johns family Easter morning. We went to the Sunrise service on the banks of Oyster Creek at Chaplewood Methodist Church at7am and then went back home for a big yummy breakfast. Daddy made french toast!

Zoey and Donald Duck

When Nannie came for a visit in February, she brought Zoey a Donald Duck Easter Bunny. He walks and sings. At first she was very uncertain about Donald, but once she got used to him she would giggle and laugh when he would walk and sing...and then of course she would try to eat him!

Look who can hold her own bottle

It is amazing how much our little girl seems to change day by day now. For the longest time she had no interest in holding her bottle, but now she gets so excited when she sees her bottle she puts it right in her mouth and tilts it up!!

Happy St Patty's Day

S.o today was Zoey's first St Patty's Day. She was also sporting her first Ralph Lauren dress. It was such a sweet dress that the Holden-Bache clan gave her. It was also her 6 month appt at the Pediatrician. She got 3 shots today. She definitely wasn't happy about the shots, but she was still her trooper. Her ear had cleared up again, which was great....means we can stop the yucky old antibiotics again.

16 lbs and 8 ounces - 50th percentile
28 inches long - 90 - 95th percentile
